🚚 Delivery Areas
I deliver Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and remote areas. Unfortunately, I do not ship to PO boxes or international destinations at this time.
💰 Shipping Costs

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $100.

Free Shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping

Express Shipping: Available for $14.95 (metro only).
Shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before payment is confirmed.
⏱️ Processing & Dispatch Times
Orders are processed within 3–4 business days.
📍 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by location and will be provided with an estimated day and time of delivery once sent.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to public holidays, peak periods, or courier delays.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. All parcels require a signature on delivery unless you opt for Authority to Leave at checkout.
⚠️ Delays, Loss & Damage
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

Contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

I will investigate with the courier and offer a replacement or refund in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.

I do not accept liability for parcels marked as delivered via Authority to Leave unless proven otherwise.
📦 Click & Collect
Available from our Port Macquarie location. Orders which are indicated to be ready can be organised with me to be collected from an agreed location within 24 hours.
